Program:  We have a wonderful day planned for you (and your friends!). It includes group meditation practice to open your mind and your heart, and a delightful session where you'll learn powerful Qigong self-healing energy movements.  Best of all, you will get to engage in provocative and stimulating dialogues with Dr. Lu where you can ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of your healing path and process.  A light lunch will by prepared by and under the guidance of Dr. Lu.

Finding Freedom Day includes: Qigong practice, meditation, Group energy healing session, information on foods for healing and much more, Qidancing, and much more!

About Dr. Nan Lu:  Dr. Lu is founding director of Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation and the American Taoist Healing Center in NYC. He holds a doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine from Hubei College of TCM, China and is a NY State licensed Acupuncturist.  In addition, he is an internationally recognized Taiji expert and Qigong Master.

Master/Dr. Nan Lu also has time to see 6 patients for private Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment during his trip. $180 for first visit and $120 for subsequent visits.

Nan Lu, O.M.D., M.S., L.Ac., is a classically trained doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine and a New York State-licensed acupuncturist. He holds a doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine from Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China, and a master's of science degree from City University of New York. He is a member of the advisory group for Columbia University's Center for Complementary & Alternative Medicine Research in Women's Health and is a medical adviser to the National Foundation for Alternative Medicine. He is also vice chair of the medical conference Building Bridges of Integration for Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Lu has written three books in the Traditional Chinese Medicine series from Avon Books: A Woman's Guide to Healing from Breast Cancer, A Woman's Guide to a Trouble-Free Menopause, and A Natural Guide to Weight Loss That Lasts. He has also released a recording of solo piano music, Music for Healing, Volume 1 (available on CD, as well as through iTunes).

Dr. Lu has been featured in Newsweek (special issue on alternative medicine) and was a subject of the PBS documentary Harmony and Spirit: Chinese Americans in New York. He practices traditional Chinese medicine at the American Taoist Healing Center in New York City's Chinatown.
